TERRIFYING Artifacts Found Under The Sphinx That No One Was Supposed To See

The Great Sphinx, which faces the rising sun, is situated on the Giza plateau, some 10 kilometers west of Cairo, on the Nile River's west bank. Later Egyptian monarchs worshiped it as an aspect of the sun deity, naming it Hor-Em-Akhet ("Horus of the Horizon"). The Sphinx is located in the necropolis of ancient Memphis, the center of power for the pharaohs, and is close to three huge pyramids: the Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops), Khafre (Chephren), and Menkaura (Mycerinus).
